Tonna Snook Obituary

Tonna M. Snook, 85, of Middleburg passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 15, 2026 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville surrounded by her loving family.

She was born December 21, 1940 in Lewistown, a daughter of the late Ned K. Kline. On August 23, 1958 she married Ronald A. Snook who survives. Tonna’s passing breaks a marital union of 67 years.

Tonna attended West Snyder High School.

Early in life she was employed at Kinney Shoes and Snook’s Restaurant. She also drove school bus for Narehood Transportation, worked in the warehouse for Tupperware in Selinsgrove, and Mattern’s Hatchery until her retirement.

She loved to play cards and was known to be a very loyal worker. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her grand and great-grandchildren.

Surviving in addition to her husband, is one son, Michael (Joy) Snook; two daughters, Denise (James) Krebs and Wendy (Scott) Zechman; five grandchildren, Colby (Casey) Snook, Christian (Meagan) Snook, Darren (Laci) Krebs, Chelsea (Andrew) Zeigler, and Blake (Kaitlyn) Zechman; 15 great-grandchildren, Kai, Liam, Ellis, Emyersen, Finley, Hudson, Sawyer, Maliya, Mason, Linley, Ember, Arbor, Porter, Monroe, Charlotte, and one due in April; one brother, Terry (Barb) Isenberg; and one sister, Sonjia Kurzepa.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Richard Aurand and Wayne Snow; one sister, Judi Kline.

A celebration of life service will be held at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements are by the Kreamer Funeral Home, 130 S. Zechman St., Beavertown.
