Kynlee Ann Mattern

Kynlee Ann Mattern, born Sept. 11, 2024, passed away peacefully and comfortably in the arms of her parents on June 28, 2025, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

In her short time here, she brought immeasurable love, light and hope to all who met her. Though her days were few, her impact was profound, and the joy she gave us will be held in our hearts forever.

Kynlee will be remembered for her beautiful eyes, gummy smile, and pure fight. She was a beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, and cousin whose memory will live on through those who loved her dearly.

Kynlee is survived by her loving parents Hayes and Shianne (Schmidt) Mattern; her big sister, Adlee; paternal grandparents, Todd and Dobble Mattern; maternal grandparents, Jeffrey and Joellen Schmidt; paternal great-grandmother, Donna Mattern; maternal great-grandparents, Richard and Gail Shawver; aunts and uncles, Taylor and Zach Wenrich, Shawna and Arlo Otstott, Shannon and Art Millan; and numerous cousins.

A viewing will be held on Saturday, July 5 from 9-11 a.m. at Beavertown God's Missionary Church, 1693 Creek Road, Middleburg, followed by the funeral service at 11 a.m. with Pastor Tim Reich officiating.

A private burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Beavertown.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Kynlee may be made to Janet Weis Children's Hospital, 100 N. Academy Ave., Danville, PA 17822.

Arrangements are by the Kreamer Funeral Home, 130 S. Zechman St., Beavertown.
