Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania - James C. Havice Jr., 73, Selinsgrove

James C. Havice Jr., 73, formerly of Lancaster County passed away on Thursday, May 29, 2025 at the Manor at Penn Village, Selinsgrove.

He was born April 23, 1952 in Lewistown, a son of the late James C. and Delores (Cowan) Havice.

James was a graduate of West Snyder High School and SUN Area Technical School with the class of 1972.

He worked as a master plumber for Brubaker's Plumbing, was an independent contractor, and worked for various other plumbing companies throughout the years.

James enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson, especially for charity with the Children's Miracle Network. He also enjoyed drinking a cold beer, hunting, fishing, and playing Santa at Christmas time around the area. He was a member of the American Legion. Most importantly, James enjoyed spending time with his family.

Surviving is one son, Kevin (Angela) Havice; one daughter, Kristen (Jesse) Bible; one brother, John (Viola) Havice; two sisters, Judy (Dave) Brouse and Jean (James) Keith; and ten nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers-in-law; Erma Jean (Gene) Smith, Ethel "Janey" (Paul) Ramsden, and Joy Havice.

At James' request, no services will be held.

Arrangements are by the Kreamer Funeral Home, 130 S. Zechman St., Beavertown.
