Helen Knepp Obituary

Helen L. Knepp, 82, of McClure, passed away peacefully Monday, June 10, 2024, at her home.

She was born Feb. 10, 1942, in West Beaver Township, Snyder County, a daughter of the late Martin and Nettie (Romig) Weader. On Feb. 10, 1979, she married Randall E. Knepp who survives.

Helen was a graduate of West Snyder High School with the class of 1960.

She was a member of Baker's Church in McClure.

Helen worked at Mattern's Hatchery and Kirby's Sewing Factory.

She enjoyed traveling with her cousin Winifred, genealogy, and attending public sales.

In addition to her husband Randall, she is survived by four children, Tracy (Tim) Ewing, Gordon (Annette) Fultz Jr., Randy (Amy) Fultz Sr., Duane (Kelsey) Knepp; one stepson, Steve (Krystal) Knepp; 10 grandchildren, Joshua Ewing, Kasee Hetrick, Shania Snook, Gordon Fultz III, Martin Fultz, Randy Fultz Jr., Kelly Sherman, Logan Bogush, Wyatt Knepp, Dustin Fultz; 13 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a stepdaughter, Donna Berger.

A viewing will be held Friday, June 14, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Kreamer Funeral Home, 130 S. Zechman St., Beavertown and again on Saturday, June 15, from 10 to 11 a.m. followed by the funeral service at 11 with Chris Cole officiating.

Burial will be held in Baker's EUB Cemetery, McClure.

In lieu of flowers contributions to honor Helen's memory may be made to Geisinger Hospice, 74 Schoolhouse Road, Suite 104, Danville, PA 17821.
