Ellen L Knepp

Ellen L. Knepp, 57, of McClure, passed away on Friday, July 14, at Geisinger-Lewistown Hospital.
She was born September 14, 1965, in Lewistown, a daughter of the late John E. and Pearl R. (Shawver) Auman. On July 7, 1984, she married Eugene M. Knepp who survives.
Ellen was a West Snyder High School graduate with the class of 1983. She then went on to earn an associate degree in business management from Williamsport Area Community College.
She loved animals, especially her cats, swimming, and going to the family camp. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family.
In addition to her husband Eugene, Ellen is survived by three children, Karen Knepp and her companion Eric Leister, John (Brittany) Knepp, Kelly (Cody) Phelps; three grandchildren, Ayden and Evelynn Phelps, Rose Knepp, and one on the way; one brother, Dallas Auman; two sisters, Carol Morris and Rebecca Wagner; numerous nieces and nephews; her cats.
Ellen was preceded in death by one brother, John R. Auman.
A viewing will be held on Tuesday, July 18, from 6-8 p.m. at the Kreamer Funeral Home, 130 S. Zechman St., Beavertown, and again on Wednesday from 12-1 p.m. followed by the funeral at 1 with Rev. Kathy Mercado officiating.
Burial will follow in McClure Union Cemetery.
