Carol A Parson Obituary

Carol A. Parson, 84, of Middleburg passed away on Monday, December 22, 2025 at her home.


She was born September 29, 1941 in Lewistown, a daughter of the late Carl E. and Esther L. (Silks) Whitesel.


Carol was a member of the Lewistown United Methodist Church.


She worked as a seamstress for Arrow Shirt Factory in Lewistown until her retirement. After retirement she worked security for Bon-Ton and Jamesway in Lewistown.


Carol enjoyed playing cards, puzzles, reading books, especially mystery novels, crafts, shopping, going out to eat, and vacationing with her family. Most importantly, she enjoyed spending time with her grand and great-grandchildren.


Surviving is one son, Randy Baker; one grandson, Eric (Angela) Baker; three great-grandchildren, Katelynn, Alyssa, and Nevin Baker.


She was preceded in death by one son, Barry Baker; one brother, Carl Whitesel Jr.; one sister, Nancy Hampton; and one daughter-in-law, Karen Baker.


At Carol's request no services will be held.


Arrangements are by the Kreamer Funeral Home, 130 S. Zechman St., Beavertown.
